I'm guessing there will be too much confusion to get a lot of members. The more members before an HQ, the more chaos for him and all the other leaders.

Oh, and while me and Defaultio were discussing this whole group before we even made it, we decided the HQ should be a floating type of thing. Everything is in the sky, floating, connected by catwalks/skywalks/hallways. *cough* MY IDEA *cough*
